PA Bacon Fest Vendor Applications

Located in historic Easton, PA, the PA Bacon Fest has grown into one of the region’s most popular events. With 150+ vendors, 20+ musical acts, and several stages, the two-day festival attracts more than 80,000 attendees. In 2014 PA Bacon Fest was named one of the TOP 300 Festivals in the world by FEST300.com!!  And locally, voted Best Culinary Event in Lehigh Valley Style magazine’s Best of the Lehigh Valley contest and a Townie Award for best special event in the state by Pennsylvania Downtown Center. The Fest is held Rain or Shine!

Vendors are chosen based on selection, quality and uniqueness of product.

We strive to distribute similar products throughout the festival.

INSURANCE

All participants are required to provide proof of insurance (minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence), naming the following TWO entities as additional insured as well as providing proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance if applicable.

Complete our online application submitting .pdf or .jpg of your insurance (preferred),  or mail or fax forms directly to Greater Easton Development Partnership (GEDP) and City of Easton.

NEW APPLICATION PROCESS

Please be prepared; the vendor application form requires information about your business, a photo of your booth in action and your insurance certificate (.pdf or.jpg format). If everything is functioning correctly, you will also be able to pay your vendor fee via this form and through Paypal. If something doesn’t work, please email us: liz@eastonpartnership.org  or call 610-250-2063

Vending fee (for both days) is reflected in your booth size, location and product. This can be found within the application when you choose your booth in the “Size of stall” pull down menu .

Click on the appropriate application, fill out all fields and click the “submit” button.

You will receive an email stating that we received your application. This email will contain a link to an updateable form, where you can submit additional information and make payment.

Once your application is complete, you will receive an email stating whether your application to vend at PA Bacon Fest 2017 has been ACCEPTED or DENIED. Food vendors, final approval contingent on City Health Department approval.

Applications must be submitted before September 29th.

If your application is denied prior to September 29, fees paid will be refunded.

All information and payment is due no later than October 13th.

We will review applications through this online application process approximately every other week.


FOOD VENDORS

All food vendors must obtain a permit from the City of Easton Health Department at least two weeks before the festival.

All vendors using an open flame (heating, cooking etc.) must adhere to City of Easton Fire Department regulations including the use of fire retardant tenting.

Food vendors should complete the correct online application based on your main product.

  • >Prepared Food Vendors Application<

Ready to Eat Food, for example: bacon on a stick, bbq sandwiches, cooked pasta dish, sausage sandwich, seafood dish, french fries, milk shakes, coffee, tea, soda, popcorn.

Packaged (or Labeled for Home Consumption) Food prepared or packaged before the festival for example: vegetables, dry pasta, jarred products, baked goods.


NON FOOD VENDORS

Any vendors that don’t require a Health License, must fill out a City of Easton Business License.

Only fill this application out if you make these items yourself by hand.

Pony rides, readings, tattoos, sand art and other activities with a fee.


If you are having difficulty submitting the application, the recommended browser for submissions is Google Chrome.

If you have difficulty submitting in Chrome, under settings change the browser to incognito mode as this will disable any extensions that could block the form from submitting.

When attaching a file, it will populate next to the upload with C:/fakepath/”filename”. This is expected behavior and is a feature in the browser as the browser itself does not know the filepath to your computer. The file will upload successfully.

If you have been accepted, we will send you booth location and parking information and vendor map by the Thursday before the festival.

Vendors will enter the festival at the closest entrance to your booth location.
