Adults and little squealers can enter (register onsite) for the most raucous event of the day!

Farm-to-Fest Culinary Stage

Saturday

  • Cheek-to-Cheek (11am Saturday, FREE) Dundore & Heister is a whole animal, old-school butcher shop located in Easton Public Market. Their chef and butcher will be offering tips on cooking with the whole hog.

 

  • Cooking with the Docs(12:30 pm, FREE) Watch an Easton Hospital resident and a seasoned surgeon demonstrate their culinary chops and battle it out in this baconcentric cooking challenge. Audience votes for the favorite dish! Limited sampling available.

 

  • Cookbook Signing and Demo from Joanna Saltz, presented in partnership with Book & Puppet Co.(2pm Saturday, FREE) The author of “Delish: Eat Like Every Day’s the Weekend” and Chef Ada Chandler will teach you to make Bacon-Weave S’mores and more! https://www.delish.com/

  • Everything’s Better With Bacon Cooking Demo(11am Sunday, FREE) Easton Public Market Chef Ada Chandler will show you five festive party dishes made better with bacon at the Farm to Fest Culinary Stage in Centre Square! Samplesavailable while supplies last.

 

  • Bacon Battle(2pm  Sunday, FREE) Local chefs vie for the 2018 Baconator title as they cook their way through a mystery bag of ingredients – and a pound of pasture-raised bacon from Breakaway Farms.
