Weyerbacher Brewing Company is a well‑regarded local craft brewery founded in 1995. What began in a livery stable downtown has since grown into a 30,000‑square‑foot facility, yet the brewery still holds on to its spirit of innovation and bold flavor. They’re known especially for their Belgian‑style ales — names like Merry Monks and Quad are staples — but they also run a strong barrel aging program (beers like Insanity and Riserva), and in recent years have expanded to IPAs and lower‑ABV styles.
