Rio’s Brazilian Steak House brings authentic churrasco to downtown Easton, right on the Circle. This family run spot grills beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage over wood charcoal, then carves it tableside the traditional way. After 17 years building a following in Nazareth, owners Edson and Dina Galeski moved the operation to a bigger space this year, so expect the same bold flavors with a lot more room to enjoy them. Come hungry, because the meat just keeps coming until you flip your card to red.
