Plants + Coffee started as a houseplant pop-up back in 2020 then grew into a full café in Easton. It’s a family owned spot that mixes lush greenery with great lattes and locally baked bagels. Customers come for drinks like the Banana Cream Matcha and the Salted Caramel Coconut Macchiato; they stay for the plant filled atmosphere. It’s a cozy, relaxing kind of place, the type where you linger a little longer than planned.
