The Further

The Further was formed in 2024 by native Lehigh valley musicians Egan Miller (Sun Bus), Jakob Christman (Catatonic Suns), and Dylan Loccarini (Laurel Canyon) in Vera Cruz, Pennsylvania. The 3 members are no strangers to playing in the Lehigh valley music scene, and the idea of starting this band came into play starting with their passion for the garage and psych sound. Following multiple jam sessions, they started to organically write their own material. Their style meshes sounds of punk, garage, and fuzzed out 60s psychedelic rock to form a whirlwind of cosmic noise. Stemming from the influences of groups like Ty Segall, King Gizzard, Brian Jonestown Massacre, and Pink Floyd, the Further takes all of their influences and rips through the sonic sounds of the past, present, and future.
