Bucky’s Bacon Works, born in a Lancaster, PA commissary kitchen, treats bacon as a true culinary art form — 12 globally inspired, house smoked varieties organized into four passport worthy flights: the Signature, the Caravan, the Tradewinds, and the Silk Road. Led by Bucky the Aviator and brought to life by our Bacon Queen and Bacon Princess, our booth combines showstopping theatre (think 24″ skewers and open cook lines) with serious throughput, serving 150+ items an hour without missing a beat. From $7 handcut fries to our $20 Bacon Flights and showstopper Butcher’s Stake, there’s something for every appetite and budget. We didn’t inherit a playbook — we built one from scratch, and we’re bringing it straight to the festival circuit.
